I searched on plumbers in Vivian, LA and got the number for the Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service located in Bossier City/Shreveport. I called and they scheduled me right away. They kept me informed of when the plumber would reach my home. I was at work and my elderly mother was home. The plumber called me from my house to tell me what they needed to do and to give me the costs for each service. When I arrived, the plumber, Nick, was just finishing up with burying my new ""clean-out"". I was shown photos of the clean-out and saw the roots they removed from my sewer line. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and nothing was done without my okay nor did they try to sell me any services or products I did not really need. The plumbers would not enter my home while my mother was there alone as they did not want to make her uncomfortable. I am extremely impressed with the honesty, integrity, and friendliness of everyone associated with this business. Additionally, they all were professional and accommodating. The fact that I found plumbers who would come to Vivian from Shreveport impressed me as I have had trouble in the past in finding plumbers who were willing to drive 30 miles to provide services in Vivian. I highly recommend this business and give them 5 stars!
