The Roto-Rooter plumber gave excellent service, was right on time, did correct diagnostics and gave a correct estimate. What more, I had to pay even less than the estimate as he didn't have to use some parts that he had estimated. I would recommend Roto-Rooter plumbers for anyone who wants any plumbing work done in their house. more

BIG LEAKY Faucet 2/8/2011

Good: I liked that they said they came when they said they were going to come. They called right before they arrived like they said they were going to. The estimate was quick and Patrick had all the tools on the truck. He didn't treat me like a woman, like some people that do work on the house tend to do. He didn't talk down to me and said it like it was.. Bad: Nothing, everything was very good. Improvements: nothing could be improved. Other: He even cleaned up the floor after the job was done. I asked about another job for the spring, an outside job. Patrick took the time to explain that to me as well. I was happy with the work.. more
