On Friday afternoon (9/4/2010), we found that our Fernandina Beach apartment had a terrible blockage in the drain line. We were so upset! We called Roto-Rooter. Within an hour a nice gentleman arrived named Scott. He first assured us that everything was going to be alright and then he quickly fixed our problem. Ken was my plumber for a toilet clog (thank you two year old son who loves to stuff things in our toilet!) and he was great. I booked appointment online that morning, immediately got a confirmation email that noted my appointment, and shortly thereafter recieved an email narrowing my time window. You can also click on 'update' to find out where the technician is and what the status update is. About 30 minutes prior I received a call from the office stating that Ken was on his way. Ken was very professional, outlined the costs and fixed the problem in no time. He also indicated there was a 7 day warranty on the work. He found the “root” of the problem and disconnected an old unused sewer pipe that had been tied into my line by “the other guys”.
