Professionalism 1/3/2011

I called on a Monday morning expecting to have to plan a Tuesday or Wednesday for the job. I was plesantly suprised to find that there was a crew available that morning. They were on-site within the hour and done with-in 2. They explained the issues clearly and completely and worked around the fixtures in the basement without a problem. Larry (30-418) more

Great Service! 4/19/2010

Had a back up from main sewer line early on Sunday morning. Called Roto Rooter and AJ was there within 30 minutes. He was professional & very knowledgeable about our situation. Within 24 hours our problem was completely repaired. Highly recommend! Pros: Quick & Knowledgeable more

Honest Effective Plumbing 3/24/2010

We had massive sewage backup in our basement. Roto-rooter is always at our house within 30 min. This is the second time we've had Jonathan (1906), he is the most professional, knowledgeable, efficient, honest (and handsome!) plumber I've had the pleasure to meet. He is always timely, cleans up the area, and gives suggestions on how to make our plumbing work better. Our tech, John (#2723) was really helpful. While he was fixing our flooded basement, my toilet gave out and he was able to fix that too and throw in a discount on top of it all! He is super professional, courteous and efficient. If I need a plumber again, I will call Roto-Rooter and ask specifically for John. Pros: Very quick response, efficient, decent price more
