I contacted Roto-Rooter for a faucet leaking the evening of 21 December 2010. Dustin came out right away, checked it all out, explained it all to me. He returned the morning of 22 December 2010 and installed a new faucet for me. He was very courteous and professional. I will call upon Roto-Rooter Plumbing first thing when something goes wrong in the future. They are a very professional company. more

Our Roto-Rooter guy was totally awesome! You will be very very pleased with their service, price & responsiveness. Water heater replacement in a tight fit closet in garage - Technician Tim Crockett went far above average when he had to move more stuff than we had prepped for him. Tank could not be lifted, so he took out an attached floor level shelf & replaced it when he was done in precisely the same spot, putting the toe kick back on the front & all. He also had to remove a full wall shelf that was just too close for comfort now that the tank needing a hoist - he removed the stuff on it & put shelf & stuff back JUST so afterward. Cleanup was just as pristine as his service and attention to handling the unexpected probs. Roto-Rooter was the only one of 5 quoting prices who called us back to check if they could do anything else to get our business. After the original estimate, Tim Crockett personally looked up alternative water heaters - tankless, electric, large commercial - and priced them for us. We chose the right guys, they gave us the right price and they did the job right, too! Not only a painless repair, but a pleasant one. The experience with this company was excellent, starting with the very friendly phone operators who schedule techs. The plumber came out for a free estimate same day of call. Quoted a fair price upfront, which turned out to be the lowest (we got several estimates). Allowed me to examine all parts that would be installed - was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding problem. He explained to me why parts were necessary and exactly what he did when he was finished. Fixed the problem very quickly as well. Roto-Rooter service came out and fixed a "weekend project" that went bad. We had all the parts recommended by our local hardware/appliance store and they said it would be no problem installing the water softener our self. Turns out the store gave us the wrong parts. I had been having trouble getting a plumbing service out to my house. Every plumbing service I called said they couldnt be out till the next day and even two days after. I came across Roto-Rooter in the phone book so I called and they had a guy out in 45min. He came and cleaned out my plumbing system and even showed me something else that would probably give me problems in the future. He left me his card and told me when I was ready to fix that problem to give him a call. Overall the service was great! more

Made a simple appointment for July 4th online, easy & simple! First thing in the morning I got a call saying that my tech. was on his way w/i 30mins. $129 charge to start looking for a problem, hourly rate! Found problem and fixed it with a simple soldering job that cost over $400!!! Left a hole in my wall, but fixed the problem fast. Nice tech, who was skilled in his job. I needed a service call on my toilet that was clogged. Matt our service provider #1526 did a great job. Explained what he was doing was friendly and quick on the job. He cleaned up the area afterward and explained my options on a permanent solution. I will be calling Matt again to complete the job. I feel he is qualified for the job to be done.
