I called (around 11 a.m.) due to a clogged line and the lady said the technician will be at my residence between 1 and 2 pm. The technician (Shawn) showed up at about 1: 40.
He was able to unclog the pipe after a while and he said that he felt something was not right. He inserted his camera and found that there was a line break in the pipe (past the city's clean out). Needless to say, I'm glad he had a sewer camera which explained why our main drain line was getting clogged.
Next step is to contact the city and let them know about this problem which falls under their jurisdiction.
Overall - Shawn's service was great.
Pros: Quick response on a weekend (Saturday).
Cons: Not cheap.
