Plumbing Emergency 6/2/2011

Where do I start. On May 31st we had 2 toilets and a tub backing up and water overflowing down into the basement. Help! Roto-Rooter was there in a short time even though they were very busy and backed up that day. MJ diagnosed the problem, gave us an estimate and worked with our home warranty program. more

BEST SERVICE IN TOWN 2/21/2011

Our serviceman was very kind in explaining everything needed to get my system unplugged and going even in the snow/blizzard we had on 2/21/2011. He had to get both machines down a basement stairs, cut a pipe and rehooked it back up for us and then ran the machine through the pipes. He even took time to show us with a camera and found a yard drain that was causing us the most problems. We had some major plumbing problems late on a Sun. night. We called them and they came right out. They got the job done and was very proffesional. Would call them if we ever have another problem. more

Date of service call 9/24/2010 Dax from Fort Wayne Roto-Rooter just stopped by to clean out a slow drain. He was exceptionally helpful and full of knowledge. I would certainly use Roto-Rooter again because of Dax. He was an honest straight shooter with lots of information and a real professional. I have always felt that if the company treats its employees right then they will treat their customers right. Dax is a real asset to the company and makes it look good. more

Matt came to my house first thing Mon. morning after a Sun. night call. The office called at 7:15am to make the appointment. He was done in less than 1/2 hour. He snaked the kitchen drain to the garage and cleaned up any mess he made. He was very professional and didn't mind my dogs bothering him the whole time he was there. Excellent service.
