Excellent job by Jessie & Pat. This was a large job taking 2 men 2 days to complete, replacing septic pipes under our slab & rerouting a drain. We've used these folks before, so when we wanted to be certain this job would be done right, we called them. more

As snowbirds we returned to Cape Coral, Florida, after 2 showers and 2 loads of clothes water started coming onto the bathroom floors-- and it WAS Saturday!! Called RotoRooter and Jesse arrived in about 2 hours. Jesse did a great job of explaining what was wrong and how he could fix it. Which he did promptly and professionally. What a relief to find such a good company on a Saturday with no extra weekend charges. Thanks Jesse. more

Jesse was a great technician, he was professional, to the point and fixed the problem! We had a backed up sewer line due to tree roots clogging the pipe, not an issue that is pleasant to have lingering. When I called in to the Roto Rooter main number they said a technician would be available in just a few hours, he ended showing up in just under 2 hours which was very impressive, a much speedier response time than I expected. The service fee for the day seemed reasonable for the time, effort and dealing with the yuk factor. Thank you Jesse for a job well done!\r (The estimate provided for handling the bigger issue at hand to clear the sewer line seems a bit steep but I will need to compare to another company before we commit.) more

I would certainly recommend Roto-Rooter Plumbing Service of Ft. Myers. Serviceman, Chris, came to my rescue today and installed a new hot water heater for me. Chris is very professional, courteous and extremely efficient and helpful. I called in the morning and Chris was at my house within the hour. He gave me a free estimate at no cost. I did not take the hot water heater offered by Roto-Rooter, but instead purchased my own from an outside source, who could not install it for me today. I called Chris back and he came back within the hour to install the hot water heater for me and did so with a great attitude and efficiency Good service, good value for money. more

I would NOT recommend Roto Rooter . They are overly priced and do NOT do a professional job !\r They came dug the pipe from my clean out to my septic and put a rock under the 45 to solve my problem. \r This is maybe a temporary fix but not permanent and didn't even glue the pipes.\r The owner of the company called and told me charges are correct. Basically charged $300 an hour to dig a hole. He wasn't at all concern about how unhappy I was with lack of work the guy did. more

I had a serious drain problem, and a broken spigot for an outside hose. In spite of 2 visits by another service, the problems just got worse. Dan came out to fix both-he was efficient, professional, and both were finally fixed! I'm a very happy customer!!! more

Jesse from Roto Rooter came out yesterday and was he was awesome! He located the problem right away and also saved us thousands of dollars down the road by finding and fixing another problem!!! The entire time Jesse was hard at work my 5 yr old son Ian followed him around asking him at least 10 questions a minute. Jesse made Ian his apprentice and taught him the ropes and never skipped a beat in his repair! Thank you Jesse and thank you Roto Rooter for employing such great people! more

I had Roto-Rooter come out for a frequently-clogging toilet, thinking it was due to roots in the line. They sent out the plumber Pat to come out to the house in the Ft Myres area and they were here pretty quickly and got to work right away. Pat was extremely thorough and really helped work through the problem. The issue ended up being a shoddy-repair job of the Clean Out pipe. He used a lot of their technology to help make sure his work was getting the job done, including the video-camera inspection and sonar guided locator. He had all of his equipment quickly available at hand, and was very friendly throughout the process. I really liked that they do not charge any additional price or rate to come out on a Sunday too! more

November 2, 2012,\r \r called and needed to know if i had roots in pipes , tony explained to me that roots would not be for the poor water pressure, and checked my sink , it was just a clogged filter. he was very nice. more
