I awoke this morning to an inch of foul water on the floor of both of my bathrooms and in both tubs. I was also unable to flush either toilet. I called Roto-Rooter, Oviedo at 7:00am and they promptly sent Thomas #53-1503 to my rescue. He was courteous and very skillful in locating my problem and fixing the blockage. He then videoed the pipes and found roots growing through a crack. After contacting the base office, Abbiezer 1602 immediately showed up and quickly found the break and permanently fixed it. I would strongly recommend Roto-Rooter and both of these techs for their professionalism, skill and courtesy in handling my problem
