All I can say is Thank God for Roto Rooter. My pipes backed up into my front garden spewing sewage and gunk into the street and backing up my toilet on a Saturday night. Obviously not what I felt like confronting on a Saturday night. I booked an appointment online within a couple of minutes for Sunday morning. Not only did they come nice and early so I wasn't held hostage on a Sunday, the technician was really friendly, informative and professional. Though it was a bit pricey, it was worth it. Within an hour, all the embarassing gunk was cleaned up, my pipes were cleaned, and my toilet was working. The technician also gave me tips to prevent it from reoccuring into the future. I've tried other private plumbers but have always been the most satisfied with the results, professionalism and timeliness of Rotor Rooter.Thanks Roto Rooter!
