Very Fair and Honest 11/18/2015

My water heater was not heating at all, I thought I had to have it replaced and was already dreading the bill. Jack from our local Roto-Rooter came by and he found the problem quickly and told me that a replacement was not needed just a set of new thermostats. He repaired my old heater and it is now working as good as new. This type of honest and professional workmanship is why Roto-Rooter is my only choice for plumbing. more

Fast and Professional 11/12/2015

Roto-Rooter sent out a plumber to one of my investment properties fast and were able to locate my leak! Billy Hayes was not only thorough in explaining where my problem was, but was able to fix it too! I already recommend this company to my neighbors! Thank you, Janet. more
