I had a pleasant and productive experience with Gorge Moccia. I came in looking for a solid metal queen size bed frame because my current wood frame had worn such that the mattress was no longer held level. My requirements were that the queen frame be ideally 9 point and that it has the mounting brackets for a header and footer. Simple enough, but the chain stores were not able to provide a satisfactory solution. George instantly knew what frame I needed. While there was no example of this frame for me to inspect, he assured me that it was the correct one. He placed the order and two days later I had it set up at home. And George was absolutely right. A one stop shop to get the right item. It's perfect. more

Just a quick note to say how much I appreciate Kathy's help. She's friendly and knowledgeable about your products. We bought a living room set a year ago from her and it was a positive experience - then last night we added an ottoman to that set and were able to have Kathy again. Reminded me about how much she helped and didn't pressure us last time. Not too many people are willing to take the time to compliment, only to complain, so I wanted to say she's a great sales rep! Good: Lots of selection. Bad: I bought an expensive mattress that was worn out in 2 years. I bought a couch that was so uncomfortable that after 16 months, I gave it to a tag sale.. Improvements: Better quality to match the price.. Other: Don't waste your money.. more

Great furniture store, huge selection 11/7/2005

This is a great furniture store. The selection is unbeatable, there is so much to choose from here. Over the years, we have gotten a pretty large amoune of our furniture from here. The quality is quite nice and pricing is pretty much the same as the other big furniture stores. Their sales can make some things more affordable. I found wonderful furniture for my oldest daughter there a few years back and the sale pricing on it made it a good deal. I really like the way their staff works. Very low pressure, they're there to help when you want them to but have no problem with you just wandering around on your own. Limited parking but they do the best they can to keep things moving which helps. more

cheap, well made, furniture 8/21/2005

Contrary to most advertisments, this furniture warehouse really has the lowest prices. For so little you can buy amost an entire hard wood living room or dining room set, which is unheard of. But this place is not heaven-- the visual aprpearance is not pleasing as jordans furniture, or other competitors, but im my opinion, when i go to a furniture shop, i dont need to be visually pleased, i just need comfortable, cheap furniture, which is what rotmans offers more
