We recently purchased a new couch and entertainment center from Rotmans. Don Kelly was our salesman. We would like to say that we think he is a great salesman. He was very knowledgeable about your product and was extremely patient with us while be made our decision. Don has a laid back approach, which we really appreciated. At no point did he make us feel pressured to buy or try to make us buy something we could not afford. My husband and I both agree we wanted a denim fabric couch and Don helped us find just that! We are very satisfied with our new custom fabric couch and entertainment center and look forward to purchasing more pieces soon. more

This morning one of your crews came to our home to deliver a new king size cherry bedroom and mattress set. My husband and I have moved several times over the years and we have had many pieces of furniture either delivered or removed from our home. Your crew today was by far the most professional, conscientious, and careful we have ever dealt with. At every step of the way they were careful to protect our wood floors, our doorways, and items hung from walls or ceiling. It was a pleasure to have them handle the delivery and a refreshing change to others who have scratched floors and marked walls so I thought it is important to take the time to let you guys know. My parents recently had your men come out to install a carpet and deliver furniture. They are in their late eighties and this is overwhelming for them. Your people were so wonderful to them as well as doing a top notch job on the installation and delivery. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to make this exciting change for them so smooth and stress free. Thanks Deb Kuczinski for the wonderful service I had yesterday. I came in to purchase a recliner and had just left a competitor where I had a bad experience, but did not tell Deb this. As I was looking around, we chatted and told her that I was purchasing it for my husband who recently had surgery and needed a more comfortable place to sit than the couch. The next available delivery date was next week, I purchased the recliner and mentioned to Deb, if for some reason a Saturday delivery came available to please contact me. Deb called me about 2 hours later to tell me that she had contacted the warehouse and was working to get me a delivery for this morning. At 9am, the recliner arrived at my house!! My husband loves it and is resting very comfortably in it. Deb truly knows the meaning of customer service. I would also like to mention, that one of the delivery men was conscientious enough to notice my cat's food bowl and inquired if they needed to be careful to not let her out. THANK YOU and your wonderful staff for a very pleasant shopping experience. I will be back more

Your service person Tim Johnson just came out to fix my chair. He was Excellent. He was friendly, and professional, and was able to fix my problem in just a couple minutes. I wish every repair person at every company was as nice, professional and competent at their jobs as Tim was. Sale Flier in hand I visited Rotmans to look for a mattress and to replace a 30 year old Sealy Mattress. The salesman insisted on showing me more expensive bedding than I wanted to spend before showing me the bedding on sale.This is my only complaint.The bedding on sale was available and with additional bonus,free old bedding removal,free delivery,free set-up and free pillows.The Rotmans furniture store honors it s' sale ads. more
