I love going to Rosti. Lunch gets really busy sometimes and you have to wait, but it's an excellent choice for a really tasty dinner if you live in the area. MUSTS: Start with the caesar salad ... has toasted pine nuts and homemade dressing that is out-of-this-world good. They make their croutons there! Another must: The bruschetta. Their checca is so fresh and wonderful. For lunches there I love to get the Mateo Panini with roasted potatoes on the side and if you ask for the chicken Blackened, it's a real treat! I've had almost everything on the menu and it's always delicious, and be sure to check out the specials board, because their specials are awesome. I always walked by this restaurant in Beverly Hills and it never crossed my mind to walk in. I'm so glad I did! The daily menu offers a great variety of rustic Italian food. The risotto with mushrooms was fabulous and the chicken with portobellos was very good. Considering it's a small chain, I recommend it for a weekday lunch with the co-workers.
