Over the phone they said the part I wanted was not available. Then when I went in person, the attendant said he had the part, but would rather sell the whole bumper that he said went with the part (which does not, BTW). The attendant did not show any interest in doing business. After that, I drove through the junkyard for 30 seconds to see if there was a suitable vehicle that may have the part I needed. The attendant chased after me saying that 'I would get stuck in the snow', and that 'I could not look around'. Worst service I've experienced in a long time. I do not recommend Rossi Auto Salvage Inc.
