Derrick Rogers 4/5/2017

Derrick arrived at my home on schedule. He performed all the necessary inspections with a good report on my A/C systems. Derrick was very personable and I enjoyed our short conversation. Derrick kept me in the loop during his inspection. Each step of the way he gave me an update. There were no surprises. Which I very much appreciated. I believe Derrick is an asset to the Rosenberg team. more

Rosenberg is a very good company! My service technician Joe C. was great. He was very knowledgeable, repaired my AC problem quickly, and the cost was reasonable. I've worked with several AC companies in San Antonio, TX and they are the best by far. Leon W. more

Semi-annual service 3/15/2017

Derrick has serviced my system a few times. He is always very thorough and knowledgeable of our system. He takes time to work and explain to us the results of his inspection. I highly recommend this technician and company to service air conditioning systems. more

Robert always takes time to listen to my concerns (Did I destroy my filter system?) and explains how things work (No, you can't destroy your filter system by trying to change the filter!) He is an asset to your organization and to my peace of mind. more

George was the technician who targeted our air conditioning problem in record time, thus restoring our comfort on a hot and muggy day! Very prompt service 7/29/2016

I woke up to find one of my air conditioners was not cooling. I called Rosenberg about 8:30 am and they said they would have someone to me by 12:00. Robert arrived about 9:30. The problem was diagnosed and repaired well before noon. I use Rosenberg for semi annual maintenance service and have always been completely satisfied. more
