Rosebrock Veterinary Clinic

I am so relieved that my friends recommended Dr. Rosebrock! My sheltie is older and has been having infection issues for the last 5 months. My previous vet simply refilled antibiotics and it clearly was not working. Dr. Rosebrock immediately saw the problems Buddy had and prescribed the appropriate antibiotic (different from what the previous vet had been giving him). I didn't even have an appointment because I had just heard about them this weekend! They saw me no problem. I am so happy that my sweet Buddy has an attentive, caring doctor now. The staff is also very friendly and kind. Very impressed!!! My other three dogs will also be coming here now. Also, reasonably priced, unlike my previous vet. I cannot say enough good things! Highly recommend.\r \r (one week later, today 9-17-12)\r I returned for a one week follow up and Buddy is already doing better! He is gaining weight, eating all of his food and treatment is going in the right direction. We are bringing our other three dogs in next month for shots, checkups, etc. \r \r This is how a good veterinary experience should be. more

Competent, country, vet clinic. Gets busy to the point that I'm surprised the receptionist doesn't lose her patience completely, especially with people who are used to the ""Starbucks/Domain"" type of service and let it show. I had two puppies spayed and dewclaws removed recently and they received excellent care. The total price was half what my old vet charges for one dog. I'll be a customer forever, as long as they don't ""improve"" their service. more

Had a recent very bad experience with another vet in the area. Very happy I decided based on my sister-in-laws high opinion of this vet to give them a try. Receptionist seemed busy and maybe a little stressed because she was trying to help people while phone was constantly ringing when I was in the office, but talked to her on a few occasions by phone and in the office and she was professional,nice and helpful. I did not have to wait like I did with my previous vet. They did the bloodwork my other vet would normally send off while I was there and explained the results, findings, and treatment options. They didnt leave the room several times for other people to come in- I only saw the vet during my appointment. And best of all this great experience came at half the price my previous vet would have charged. Not as nice of an office aestetically as my previous vet, but everything was clean and my experience was great. more

The receptionist/office manager was extremely rude to me the moment that I walked in. Her glares at me, slamming the phone around, rolling her eyes at me, talking to me like I was a child, practically calling me an idiot when asking about products, and gripe/yelling at me because HER fax machine was not working was not welcoming. If my dogs hadn't already had blood drawn I would have walked out. I am someone that gets along with everyone. I make an effort to stay positive and kind whatever the circumstances, but it was very hard when I was around this ""manager/receptionist"". It's a shame I have to give a bad review because of ONE person! The vet and nurse were very kind and helpful. more
