Rose City Pediatrics

Despite our query, Rose City never apologized to me or my then 7 year old son in 2009 when the doctor, who is the adult after all, stopped a slap as he grabbed his face. I was so angry that I could not respond properly. I did not want to lose it in front of all three of my children who were in the examination room at the time. This same doctor had been kind of annoyed a few months before but I had chalked it off to a bad day.... The practice sent a letter terminating our care. Funny thing is, we lived a block away from our NYC pediatric practice and never had a problem for eight years. This is the first review that I've ever done and I am still so angry and hurt. As a cancer patient who knows many doctors I can truly say that I have never been treated so poorly. I had trouble leaving one star as a rating. It's a negative place. more

You better quickly learn how to keep your head down and mouth shut if you are planning to have your kids be taken care of at Rose City Pediatrics. Last year, I had a five (5) and a two (2) year old children at Rose City and one day my wife made a minor complaint to the nurse/administrator (not even to a doctor!) and few days later, we got a letter from their office telling us that they will no longer provide medical services to our children. more
