RooterPLUS!

I was expecting to just have the septic tank flushed, however much more was needed. Ray was very kind and explained what I needed to have done in detail. My 250$ pump went to $2500 repair, etc. my only complaint is that I wanted to pay with a credit card, but the company charges a surcharge to use a credit card. I feel this is kicking someone when they're already down and it would be this reason only that I wouldn't use them again. more

I hired RooterPlus to fix a sewer line backup. I had previously paid another plumber to fix it (let's just say they're the ones that tout their education) and they sold me an expensive solution and didn't fix it. Mike D came out and worked tirelessly to make sure the line was draining properly. I work in construction so I have a decent idea when someone's giving me the "female" price, and never once did he talk down to me or try to rip me off. I will be asking for Mike D for all my future plumbing needs. more

So this is our anniversary - 7 years of wonderful marriage. We laughed about getting a clogged drain and called rooterplus. WOW WHAT A MISTAKE. An incompetent untrained plumber arrives not in any uniform but in sweats - this made me suspect to begin with and i should have asked him to leave right then. Next, he spends 15 minutes kind of hanging around looking at sink (mind u this was in the end a simple clog). Has me sign for a $250 unclogging charge (which i did just cause he was here already). I proceed to tell my wife I dont think guy knows what he is doing and then THE FLOODGATES OPEN! he released the pipes under the clogged sink and water rushed thru floor and out of basement ceiling!! Now water damage company here, the playroom for kids unusable for 4 days and we have 5 kids under 6 arriving Monday! Carpet pad torn up, holes in playroom ceiling in basement, fans and dehumidifiers going and loud for next 3-4 days! Most likely room cant be patched up before Christmas and anniversary day today ruined. The worst part is I have done so much business w these guys that i expected so much more - they offered no compensation for family, for frustration, for ruining our special day, for impacting our week with family! Sure they are doing the minimum of fixing what they 'broke' but what about us being inconvenienced because of their lack of competence... more

Incredibly nice technician who was kind and understanding to what we were going through. Had another company out and they could not fix the problem. Anatoliy and Cowboy had the expertise and equipment to get the job done. Very satisfied. PS – I will go to the Internet and post good comments about your company. more
