First of all I never once got to speak to the mechanic that worked on my car. Therefore the work to be done was not explained in detail, how much they charge per hour and if they have a marup on parts. I never viewed the problem they claimed to find nor the location of the parts to be replaced. After the work was done i did not see the old parts they had replaced. The prices they charged after I researched them online were way higher then market. I have no idea where they get their parts and how much they paid and what they charged me.\r

Before you let them work on your car get a second opinion. \r

If you do let them work on your car make sure they explain the work to be done up front and what they charge per hour. Make sure they explain and show you what parts they will replace up front. Have them agree to mark the old parts they will replace. After they are done with the repair have them give you your old marked parts. Have them agree give you a receipt to show you how much they paid for the parts and where they were purchased. Make sure they explain the warranty on the work and parts. Most important know how to contact your better business bureau.\r
