Rooms To Go Kids Furniture Store - Baton Rouge

I have purchased several rooms from Rooms To Go. I have had great experiences everytime. Most recently, I bought a living Room set sofa, loveset & chair. Instead of bringing a chair, the item delivered was a center piece for a sectional. The driver immediatly called the warehouse. They took the item back with them and in (3) days I had my chair. I have purchased from other companies in the past it has been weeks before an item was corrected. My sister has purchased a livingroom set from Ashley's. Their sofa arrived damaged, the driver told them they had to keep it until it was inspected by a technician, 3 months later, my brother in law threathened to go to the media and they finaly received an exchange. I find RTG prices very reasonable, and their sales people knowledgable. I now have my family buying from them exclusively and I would recommend purchasing from them any time. more

Bought a couch 5 months ago, most comfortable couch in the show room. The one that was delivered is like its polar opposite - feels like it will take 10 years to break in, the couch is causing my wife knee problems and me back problems. Technician was sent out to inspect our couch for exchange verification, he gave my wife the impression we would be able to return it, but NO because there is no defect, apparently - all the really comfortable couches in the store are rock hard when you finally get it delivered and try to break it in for 5 months. this is an $800 leather couch after treatment and tax $1,000. Do not shop at ROOMS TO GO, be warned the couch you will get will look the same, but consider it art - no one will want to sit on it.we shopped at the one on Siegen , the salespeople are really nice. but the couches suck. more

Kirschman's has a very large showroom of furniture. It is so large it can kind of be overwhelming. They do have nice quality furniture. They do not sell anything that is cheaply made or junky. It is a nice furniture store but I do find their prices to be on the higher end. I would try to search out a cheaper bargain rather than pay full retail here. more
