Regardless of who installed your existing roof, and no matter how long ago it was installed, a certified Roofing Remedies™inspector can handle the task of preparing a report that enables us to write a warranty for that roof. We offer inspections of any roof install, during or after the installation.

STUCCO - the exterior skin and any hidden damage found beneath it, including windows and door flashing; for water, mold, wood rottage, insect or other intrusion or infestation. This Prosight™ inspection comes with comprehensive written report with photos.
BASEMENTS - including the spotting of drainage issues along both interior and exterior walls, ground drainage and gutters, and any other water intrusion problems.
