My first venture to Ron's Hamburgers in Claremore, OK provided me with a first hand seat at watching the Manager, Rick Dawes Assualt a Patron after the Patron had asked why their chili cheese fries had not been delivered to the table the entire meal. The Manager, Rick Dawes, puffed his chest out and came from behind the cash register counter as if he were going to chest butt the patron. The Manager, Rick Dawes was yelling at the Patron, grabbed the ticket out of the patrons hand and threw it away. The Patron stood calmly and asked the Manager to move out of his face. The Patron calmly told the Manager he would not be back to eat ever again and the Manager, Rick Dawes, yelled back Good Dont Come Back. The Manager, Rick Dawes, stomped on the heels of the Patron as if to scare him. This occurred in front of the entire restuarant. Children were horrified. The Patron gathered his family and left. The Manager, Rick Dawes, continued throwing things around behind the Register and then the waitress' came over to him and they all started laughing. A Patron at the counter bar stool stood up with his two sons and yelled We Won't Be Back Either. The Manager, Rick Dawes obviously has a serious anger problem. To add insult to injury, we witnessed a waitress deliver a dinner to a table and they ate a few bites of the meal and then brought it back up to the counter to the waitress. The waitress then returned meal to another Patrons' table. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HELL HOLE
