Very punctual and professional 10/28/2015

I have used Ron's Plumbing for years on several rent houses in the Cabot area. He always gives options of how to fix the plumbing problem and never tries to over sell. He does a quality job for a reasonable price. To follow up on old review: I haven't got to into personal life w/ Ron or the people that work for him, but I'm pretty sure he is no longer married to wife that called and pestered other plumbers. more

On 6 July 2012 my mother had a busted water line in the front yard, she called Ron's Express Plumbing, he came out and gave her an estimate to fix the broken water line. We hired another plumber due to having a lower bid and on the 7 July 2012 they started the work. Ron Ballard's wife started harassing my plumbers, she went as far as calling one of the guys bosses to try to get him in trouble. I think this action is very unprofessional and we will never use Ron's Express Plumbing again. more
