Waited seven hours on a gurney for a doctor after automobile accident. Saw doctor for 15 minutes total (ordering tests and obtaining results). Doctor was good but extremely overworked. Was sent for a follow up to a doctor who does not take new patients. Hopefully will never go there again.
Called to obtain copies of reports to take to another doctor - unable to do so - nobody answers the phone.
