I think we have all had situations where we wasn't completely satisfied with a business. In all fairness to Rocky's, I was somewhat difficult. Ever since we had a local fuel company disrespect our home, I have become less trusting. Even still I think some of my concerns were legitimate. I won't get into the concerns, but more how Rocky and his employees went out of their way to address those concerns. I also don't see the problem with miscommunication. Whenever I called with my beef, Rocky usually called me within the hour, and the situation was resolved quickly. I also was able to voice my concerns, and I think they really listened. When they gave me a ballpark figure of how much it would cost to rebuild the brick wall behind the stove, they told me about $800.00. When they came to do the work, they said the original estimate was too high. It ended up being $700.00. How many business do that. The workers were all friendly guys, and they were fun to have around. Like I said.....everything wasn't perfect, but they never gave me a hard time about voicing a complaint. I wish them many successful years in business, and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.
