Office did not bill secondary insurance, then sent me to collections for what they did not bill. Once I found out about it and made them aware of the mistake, they billed the insurance but refused to pull my account from collections until it was cleared up. They then would not take payment directly from me of $88 and said I had to go through the credit agency. After paying the remaining balance and the fee, I asked if they would take it off my credit report and I was told they would not do that even though they made a mistake and they didn't have to bill my secondary insurance, it was done as a courtesy. WOW...what ever happened to the friendly people in this world? Does it hurt them to take an $88 bill off my credit report?
Very disappointed and saddened by the treatment of the office manager!
