I just went in today and it took 2 hours before I was seen by my physician. It should never take that long for your doctor to be able to see you. more

DO NOT go to Dr. Asser, unless you want to be made to feel stupid. I have a simple appt for my thyroid meds and she was very argumentative and basically I left with antidepressants and no thyroid meds. My TSH level did come back off as I knew it would so she had to give me my meds. She doesn't listen. I need a DR that listens! I have been seeing Dr. Akmhal now, and he is great. He is professional and informative and friendly. more

Customer Service 4/11/2012

I would love to give RFP 5 stars, but unfortunately, I'm not able to. Most of their staff (Dr's & their Nurses) are phenomenally great. I have a problem with the checkin staff. They are not so friendly. Especially, Celeta. One Saturday I was not feeling well, so I decided to walk-in. I get there and Celeta tells me, it's going to be a very long wait, because Saturdays are for ""appointments"". Ok, I waited. Then a month later, I call to schedule an appointment for Saturday and Celeta tells me, Saturdays are walk-ins. This is confusing. Which is it? I'm very unhappy with the check-in/ Administrative staff. It would be nice to have caring employees at the front desk. I have noticed they are only nice to certain individuals. more

Always get in on short notice. 8/10/2008

This family practice is always busy, but I can always call and get an appointment, usually same day. Also, they open at 7am, and take appointments on Saturdays. They are really good about calling in perscriptions. Dr. Hoodbhouy is my preferred physician, however, all of the doctors are good at taking time to speak with you, and not rushing you in and out. They have always been very thorough, as well. I hope they stay around for a long time. Pros: Hours Cons: Waiting time is long, but no longer than anywhere else. more
