Not a good MTB shop...they're staff are GQ boys not core,,, poor service, they won't go out of their way to help you. The Irvine and Laguna Niguel stores are the worst, Anehiem Hills is better. If you want good personal service or, highly skilled mechanics try South County Cyclery "Buy my Bikes" or The Path, in Tustin. Carlos, the manager at the Laguna RnR is a real jerk, his brand of customer service is lip service. more

Rock N' Road Cyclery is biker girl friendly! 11/2/2009

Awesome place, especially for nubie girl bikers like myself. They have staff there who can advise how to tilt your saddle just right, to help with saddle soreness! Also, they have a great range of equipment and the knowledge to help you pick out what you need and what you don't. more

GREAT MONEY SAVING HONEST SERVICE 5/27/2009

I will be back to buy my Road Bike!!!\r \r I took my Mountain Bike to a local competitor, no name but the initials are J. A. X. and was told the repair would require a complete tune up $70.00 and perhaps a Derailleur $100.00+ and i took it home because money is tight, Friend told me to try R&R and I took it here, the guy looked at it, made a very quick adjustment, asked if there were any other problems, test rode it, and said there you go all fixed!\r \r He showed me the quick adjustment and said to have a good ride! NO MONEY! No problem, like old time service! I LOVE THIS PLACE more

This place is just awesome. When you buy your bike there, it comes with a lifetime "tune-up". You bring it in, and they will make sure that everything is on the up and up. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. more

"To give everyone the best ride of their life"

Owner Message
  • Rock N' Road Cycles now has 4 state-of-the-art bike shops in Orange County, Ca. Our new Irvine store is a Specialized Concept Store, which means that the owners of Rock N' Road and Specialized Bicycle Company worked together to create a retail experience that is beyond that of any other bicycle retailer within 50 miles. Company founder, Matt Ford, explains that this store and the three other Rock N' Road Cycle stores in OC are going to just keep improving on their advantage: "We have just added the most advanced bicycle fitting system available to our Irvine location. The Specialized BG Data fitting system provides computerized analysis of every part of your riding style from both the side and the front while you are actually riding and under load." Our other three stores, located in Laguna Niguel, Anaheim Hills, and Mission Viejo, provide the bicycling community in OC with more than just a place to buy a bike. Matt continues: "We want to provide riders with everything they need to maximize their riding experience. That goes far beyond gear and includes classes, rides, clubs, and involvement in the racing and touring communities."
