i went there for NEW tires. they put 'ALMOST new tires on. i think because im a girl they thought i wouldnt realize. so needless to say i will be back there to get NEW' tires. there cars are JUNK as well. they could care less if you got killed in a car that they sold you, as long as they get there money! more

I have found Rock City Auto to be very fair and just great to work with. I purchased a very well maintained Honda and liked the deal so much, that I went back 3 months later and purchased a second car (Nissan Versa). more

I have been searching hi & low for a Manual Subaru, which is very hard to find. I see this Suby listed over a month ago. I spoke w/ a man who was obviously doing something very interesting on the PC due to the fact that he barely looked at me while we were talking. I stated that I was in the market for a Subaru & interested in they one in the lot & I asked if he had a carfax. The man responded ""oh, we don't give carfaxes unless you are purchasing the car."" I said ""Well I don't purchase cars unless I have seen the carfax, it is not wise to do so...."" He says with a careless attitude & resumed his full attention back to the PC ""OK, have a great day, BYE"" That Subaru is still on the lot & I'm guessing it is because Rock City refuses to offer a carfax & interest to potential buyers. Words of wisdom: DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR W/O SEEING A CARFAX IF IT IS NOT PROVIDED FOR YOU!!! more

You stated your g-daughter was only 19. Didn't you think she might need help w / her first vehicle purchase? (due to the age, income etc.) I don't beleive this dealer would be negative to their customers in any way. My experience was more than wonderful !!!! They led my g'daughter to believe she was going to get first dibs on driving the SUV and buying it after it came from the garage where it was being worked on. Seems the SUV was sold right after she was told this. Does a person's word mean nothing???? Guess it's true: money talks and the bs walks. The bs walks in Clayton! How thoughtful of them to offer her another vehicle!! Puhleeze!! Who would ever trust them again??!! Not my G'daughter! She doesn't give second chances to lying, scheming so called car dealers. Don't let the nice sounding voice on the phone fool you. The devil sells cars in Clayton, but not to anybody I can save from them.
