el lugar es perfecto para vivir ,es muy limpio ,tiene buenas cosas , pero ,tiene mas cosas malas q buenas ,como por eje; el manager es terrible ,nadien lo soporta ,y es verdad lo q menciono una residente, q dijo q era como estar en el mando de hitler.a una amiga mia q vivio en marais 254,le dio permiso de construir un cuarto ,y luego de terminado hico q lo deciciera,y sin dar una buena explicacion,ella se gasto como 2000 doll,y al manager no le importo , es de lo peor q puede haber. y si no me lo creen preguntenle a todos los residentes? yo ya me mude fuera del estado .a mississippi .pero cudado paisanos !! no se dejen(:saludos Pros: es muy centrico,de todos lados Cons: en espanol ,por q hay muchos hispanos hai more

I've lived here since 1989 and I must say I'm more than pleased overall. The staff has always been kind and courteous to me. I unlike those others who will bad mouth this place take care of my yard and my home and have not once gotten a violation. It's all about appreciating what you have, even if it's not much. As long as you're a good clean person and take care of things properly and according to the rules you will have no problem. In fact the community sponsors events such as a fishing trip, community picnic, and a Christmas party where they give gifts out to younger children and have someone here to be Santa. They also have billiards room, weight room with sauna, swimming pool, basketball and playgrounds for kids. Another plus is you can walk right into bloomer state park from here! Pros: Lots of amenities Cons: Quite a few of the people that live here. more

Over bearing manager. Not a friendly staff. Looks are not what they seem. The manger does not care about you at all and he will take you to court to take your home for any reason he can. Before you sign your life away on that lease read it VERY CAREFULLY. It is a really detailed lease to throw you out on your butt because your grass is 2 inches high.
