The staff at this facility is really helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is very comfortable. There are a ton of classes to take as well as the availability of personal trainers....

Worst

This gym is awesome for those of us women that can't stand feeling self conscious and want to just be ourselves. I recommend this gym to any woman.

I regularly attend RAC Greece Women's Club. I have enjoyed Kate Clement's expertise in the field of diet and exercise. She is a great asset to your team. I regularly take class with Fran and I love her can do spirit. I also enjoy my Pilates classes with Char. I love her hands on approach and making the class fun. more

Very postive. Trainers are always there and willing to help if needed, but they also allow you the space to go in and workout without being too intrusive. more
