My daughter and I just received our checkup cards. My daughter gets pretty excited. Her last visit was a root canal. When we left she said she didnt want it to be over. She graduates from high school this month. She is pursuing dental hygiene. I truly feel she is choosing this profession because all the wonderful visits she has had whether it was a cleaning or a cavity. Dr. Robinson and Prijic family dental and all the staff make our visits pain free. They know us by name when we walk in and are always interested in what is going on with our family. Looking forward to our next visit! more

So my wife just returned home in tears from a visit with Dr Robinson. Turns out she went to him with a bad tooth ache. They took her in, took an x-ray of the tooth, nurse leaves to talk to the dentist. Then she was told that before she could receive treatment she had to have a full mouth x-ray. (Why? Not because she needed it. But because insurance will pay for one every five years!!) So my wife asks why the full mouth when only upper left tooth hurts? Dr Robinson replies brashly " I'm not going to argue with you", turns and walks away ignoring her pleads! So my wife, still with bad tooth ache, and still confused about what just transpired goes to the appointment desk to set up a later date for the full mouth x-ray and is informed by appointment person that she needs to find a new dentist!!!! My wife has been a patient for ten years at Robinson and Prijic Dental with extensive dental work done and this is how a self serving, self righteous dentist treats her! Sends her packin with no treatment for a bad tooth ache TO FIND A NEW DENTIST!!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED DR ROBINSON!!!! Pros: null Cons: null more

Over a three year period, I had three crowns done at R&P. It was great... until they started falling off 18-25 months later, then they try to zap you with a $280 ""emergency"" fee because THEIR crown was put on carelessly and you need it put back on. If you're getting anything more in-depth than a whitening - seriously, take your business ELSEWHERE. more

They do a nice job as far as cleanings etc. The one thing I really dont care for is they hound you to pay them immediately after your procedure. I prefer to wait to see what my insurance will pay before I pay anything. They try to calculate or estimate what they think your insurance will pay, and they have never been correct yet. This office needs to do away with that practice. The girls at the reception desk are kind of snobby about how they ask this sometimes. It leaves me with the feeling they just want my money. more

I hate going to the dentist, but going to this dental office is a breeze. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Dr Robinson has been our family dentist for many years. more
