They installed a multivalve for my DE filter about 1.5 years ago. They recently came out to clean the DE filter. Before they came the multivalve was fine, after they left it was leaking. They refused to admit that they broke it and they want to charge me $400 for them to replace a multivalve that was not even 2 years old. I will never use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone.
