I just went there with my family and had the worst experience EVER. First we were put in this little quaint room (seemed nice) only to find out there was a large loud group in this tiny room and we were stuck with them. The the bread dish had sauce on it (not ours) so we had that replaced. Then my fathers water glass had something black floating in it. The staff was nice enough to move us after we asked (especially sine the waitress was so overwhelmed with them that we could not get soda refills.) On the way to the new table I stopped to use the ladies room which is up 1.5 flights of stairs, not wheelchair accessible. I get up there to find out that they do not use paper towels but the old circular rag system from the old diners. I can down stairs and said to my family that this would be my last trip there since the bathrooms were unsanitary only to find out that they left the old table cloth with food stuck to it in the table. when we asked to have that changed, they offered to flip it over. Upon requesting a new clean table cloth they brought out another dirty one. Food stuck to it in several places. Before I had a chance to mention it the lady (maybe the hostess) yelled at me that the bathrooms were clean and when I said this would be my last visit there she said ""I hope so!"" When I pointed out the second dirty table cloth she denied it. I pointed to the large food stuck on it and she scraped it with her finger nail and said ""There, now are you happy"" I was not. We left before the meal came out and she told my father he had a bad attitude!!!! How do you treat customers who only want a clean table like that? Beware of this place. The cleanliness is not up to par and the staff (except the bus boy) was more than ignorant and belligerent.
