Unfortunately, my experience with Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration wasn't a good one. They sent a gentleman that was ill prepared and didn't have the necessary...

I Had A Positive Experience 2/28/2017

I was getting a new roof and Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration came out twice for the AC compressor. Since it's on the roof, they had to disconnect everything before the roofers could start. Then, they had to come back again and reconnect the compressor when the job was finished. My only issue is that they sent two guys out the second time. I basically paid for one technician to work and the other one to sit and watch. They were competent enough and did the right job. Overall, everything was average and I would recommend them. more

Great service, highly recommend 1/25/2017

Roadrunner's last major service was on our heater. It went out while we were away, luckily our house sitter was able to catch the issue before there was damage. And thankfully, Roadrunner got the problem resolved in our absence. We've been customers for 2 years and the most important part of their service is how responsive they are. Their products are good quality and the techs always do a good job. If you're curious about Roadrunner, I highly recommend you check them out. They have a thing called Comfort Club. It gives you priority service response and a loyalty discount. more

Exemplary service 12/29/2016

My experience with Roadrunner was excellent. I needed them to come over because I had a couple of things that needed to be fixed, so they assessed the situation and gave an estimate on one heating system in terms of removing it. Then the tech, Scott, who was just great all the way around, fixed the AC/heat in the studio and went above and beyond in repairing the central unit. He was super, super pleasant with an excellent experience all the way around. We have several other projects involving heating and cooling and we will 100 percent be calling Roadrunner again. They are the most reasonably priced and super fast in terms of coming over and assessing and dealing with problems. Scott is just the most pleasant and the nicest guy who went above and beyond to do all the work; he stayed late past the projected time--about 2 hours longer than anticipated--to get the job done. He gave really exemplary service. more

Servicemen are knowledgeable and efficient! 12/28/2016

We had our house re-roofed and Roadrunner came out to help us pull out and then reinstall all the ductless heating and air units around the exterior. The main job took only a couple days and the efficiency of their service men was excellent. Compared to other electrical contractors, the service with Roadrunner has been better by far. I can call the office and talk with Jason together things mapped out. Unfortunately, the service men failed to communicate a few follow up things that needed to be done. I gave Jason a call and he was able to have workers back out within 3 days. Throughout the entire roofing project, we basically were the middle for the roofing company and Roadrunner and they handled it all well. more

Good work, ducts are very clean! 12/12/2016

This was my first time using the services from Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration, Inc and I thought they did a fine job. This is the first time I have lived in a home with an A/C unit and ducts going through the house so I called Roadrunner to come out and do a cleaning of all the ducts in the house. The ducts hadn't been cleaned in 2 years so the workers from Roadrunner had their work cut out for them, but they did the work in good time, and the air in the house feels much cleaner after the work was done. Overall I was quite pleased with the work from Roadrunner, I liked that they took videos of what they were doing so we could see the work that was being done, I will definitely use Roadrunner Air Conditioning again, and I highly recommend their services. more

Not a great experience overall 11/14/2016

I had Roadrunner come out to help because something was wrong with furnace in my den. It seemed that the propeller wouldn't throw heat out. The worker put something in the propeller and it worked for a bit, but now the stove is not working anymore. I left it the way he put it but now it isn't working at all. I asked if I needed to buy a new one or if they could fix it and they said they could fix it, but my den is very cold now. Afterwards, someone came out to take a look again and they said it would be free but then they charged me. Communicating with them has been difficult for me so I have called someone else to take a look at the stove. more

Plumbing, heating, air conditioning 10/31/2016

We have used ROADRUNNER air conditioning for our home and 3 rental properties in Santa fe. They do it all and so well in every area that we were totally blown away...prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, answer all of our questions so we can understand the situation and how it will be handled...The follow up is spot on....All of the technicians are amazing in particular, NATHAN SWAZO...who checked out and winterized our boilers in all of our homes and continued to check back to make sure everything was working perfectly....We love everything about this first class company... more

I heard about Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration, Inc. through a friend. I called them to fix our heaters. They were very nice and polite. Also, very professional. They were quick and efficient. I'm confident that they did a good job. I would use them again and also recommend their services to other people. more

Fast response 9/1/2016

Gonzo responded fast; he did a quick evaluation of my boiler situation, responded with an estimate; then installed the new one quickly. I have not used the radiant floor heater yet but the installation and service has been excellent thus far. more

Bid For New Boiler 8/14/2016

I had a good interaction with Linda, Diane, and Heidi on getting the boiler bid process started and finalized. I enjoyed Mario's visit to the house to evaluate my 30 year old boiler system with 5 zones: 3 radiant and 2 baseboard. The bid was very professional and included a number of important details about the different aspects of my system. I cannot review the new boiler system because work has not started yet. more
