RLC has a poor employee retention rate. This is due to the fact that the owners allow a GM to have total control of the business. Long term customers who like the owners do not like the GM because he is rude and narcissitic. Employees leave because they are shorted on their paychecks. Upper management often recieve kickbacks from consultants. The owners are not aware of this. Just an overall bad culture. A positive is that the owners are nice and the field level employees are good people. RLC would benefit if the owners would get involved with running the company.
