Great Experience! Very well informed on the Tundra. Found the exact truck I was looking for out of state. Had it at the dealership the next morning. Easy to contact. Went above and beyond to make me happy. Supper!! more

We called several area Toyota dealerships trying to test drive a Prius. Many didn't even have one available to test drive; however, at Jay's we were able to test drive a Prius and had all of our questions answered as needed. more

you can find countless makes and models at Jay's 4/20/2011

I recently brought a Toyota Prius from Jay Toyota. The salemans was very helpful and kept me informed about updates while on a waiting list for a Prius. This dealership is a part of a huge dealership, so if you are looking for a new car you can find countless makes and models at Jay's. more

There were no whispering or consulting with managers 4/19/2011

I traded in a leased vehicle to Jay Toyota and the who process was professional and above the average service usually received at a dealership. There were no whispering or consulting with managers - everything was laid out and we left with a new vehicle. Thank you, Jay Toyota! more

I would recommend their sales and service to anyone 4/15/2011

I have used the service department at Jay many times over the last 2 years that I have been in Columbus. They have always bee very courteous and professional. When my wife takes the vehicle in for service I trust their diagnosis and recomendations and have always found their services to be reasonable. I know people only tend to report the bad experiences but all of our experience has been great. I would recommend their sales and service to anyone. more

Very Helpful 10/8/2008

We called several area Toyota dealerships trying to test drive a Prius. Many didn't even have one available to test drive; however, at Jay's we were able to test drive a Prius and had all of our questions answered as needed. The only hitch with an otherwise smooth purchase, was that they were unable to locate the keys to our car and we waited over an hour while they tried to find them. more

Jay Toyota 10/27/2007

I recently bought a new car from them. The salesman was very helpful, and never pushy. He even helped me compare other vehicles I were interested in. They gave me a hitch, and two free tanks of gas. I will go back for another one someday. more
