Bait-and-switch 12/14/2013

After signing sales documents they pretended that we didn't have an agreement about me turning in my lease. Nevermind that we discussed this, they appraised my leased car,and we reached an agreement... And this was just the cherry. Previously, the salesmen pushed me into the financing office with a deal we didn't agree to, and the manager either was misinformed or lied to our faces about the tax credit on the Volt. Whatever it was, look elsewhere: top to bottom these people are a bunch of shysters. In the last 5 years, I've purchased 2 new Nissans and a new Honda and this was the worst experience, BY FAR. As said by others, STAY AWAY. more

Best experience! 4/18/2013

The staff here took care of us through the entire process. We were shopping all of the Chevy dealers in Utah, but Riverton Chevy had the best price for both new trucks we were in the market for. The salesmen are very professional and enjoyable to work with. Every single person that works here went to bat for us and made buying a car easy and enjoyable. Next time we buy a car we will go straight back to Riverton Chevy. Thanks guys! more

STAY AWAY!!!! 12/28/2012

Riverton sold us a Used car as a new and we paid full sticker price. A male employee threatened to kick my a** when I wanted to talk to the owner. I am a grandmother of three. I just wanted a fair price for them lying to us and selling us a new car that was in a collision and they didn't disclose it. Who would think to check Car Fax on a new car with 12 miles. more

Hello Brent, I remember when you purchased your 91 Cadillac Eldorado on 12-2-2010. You where so excited you even had us take pictures of you and you new car. While you are correct, we had a list price of $4990.00 you purchased the car for $2990.00. There was a trade in value of $2800 leaving a $646.75 difference. We are more than happy to discuss this further with you offline more

purchased a cadillac from them , did not drive it 2500 miles , wanted a camaro they had , went in to buy it and they offered 700 $ for the cadillac they were selling for 5000 $ when i purchased it , you judge if thats honest , me , i felt extremely ripped off and cheated , when i asked why it dropped price , i was treated like trash , not a place to do anything but run !! more

Honest 3/27/2006

It seems like every time I go to Riverton Chev Olds (only when I have to go to a chevy dealer) they rip me off. One time they did an entire electrical diagnosis and charged me over $100 just to find that a fuse had blown and they needed to replace it (which I had told them was probably the case, but I was young and vulnerable). I learned the hard way to check these things myself and not trust the dealer! Another time they were going to take my door apart to find why it was closing weird, but the CEO was visiting that day and happened to look at it. He just made one simple adjustment and the door was fixed- at no charge! If he hadn't been there I would have been paying hundreds for them to do the same thing! more
