I have looked around for a trailer for about a week. I stopped in and spoke with Riverside Trailers and was immediately impressed. Their trailers are well built and they can service them at the same location. Are they the cheapest - no. You get what you pay for and these trailers are some of the best I have ever seen. The owner is very knowledgeable and will spend the time with you educating about the differences in trailers. He stayed late to accommodate my hectic schedule and spend an hour going over the trailer and paperwork with me. I have delt with buying and selling trailers for a number of years, but this guy cuts the cake. I have a trailer that needed to be lifted a few inches, so a straight axle was recommended. I advised that I would probably get back with him next week (probably thursaday after my trip)and see about swaping axles. Over the weekend I found a set of suspension parts that would do the job for a fraction of the cost. I called riverside on monday to give notice that I had found some parts and would not need the axle after all. I was cursed out for the way I had conducted buisness and that I couldn't be trusted. I advised him that I had made a mistake for ever buying anything from him in the past and I would steer my friends in another direction for their trailer needs. Cons: Rude Attitude more
