This place is filthy. I lived in filth for a year and a half due to contract agreements. We had roaches; it was scary to walk out into the kitchen at night because of it. We let the office know a couple of times but they didn?t do anything about it. We told our neighbors we had roaches and she complained online and the manager contacted her and told her she?d take care of it. Guess how they did? They posted notices on our side of the building to who ever had roaches to come forward. I guess this was management?s way of letting our neighbor know they were taking care of what they promised her. The truth is that nothing ever happened. They came and checked our apartment twice and never gave us a follow up on what they were going to do. I guess this was part of management?s cover up to please a concerned next door tenant. more

Ripoff. Apt has roaches. Drawers fall out. Walls peel off. You won't get your deposit back and you will also end up owing. They charge for carpet, for new paint job, and for cleaning. more
