River West Physical Therapy

Both my wife and I have been to Riverwest for physical therapy. I must say Jerry is one of the most knowledgeable and friendly therapists we have dealt with. The staff is great and we have never had the long wait times I see in other reviews. I would highly recommend both Jerry and Riverwest. more

I have had physical therapy on and off for years since an accident and I have had good and bad PT for my back - so I know what I am talking about. Jerry and crew at Riverwest Physical Therapy are not only friendly, courteous and very good at what they do, they also went out of their way to help me get better offering suggestions for home and work to help me progress in reaching my therapy goals even sooner. I whole-heartedly recommend these professionals to anyone who needs PT no matter the problem. more

I would recommend Jerry to anyone and have done so on many occasions. Jerry has always been knowledgable and helpful and more than accomodating to my schedule. The atmosphere is upbeat and fun which is what you need when you are facing and challenging physical ailment. Jerry is very honest about expectations and has always had a very good manner. I would like to add that whoever wrote the negative message appears to be very hateful. I have been going to Jerry on and off for the past several years and don't remember one occasion when there weren't smiles all around. more

River West Physical Therapy is a great enviroment for patients to receive therapy. The therapist is passionate about each of his patients and not only treats their functional limitations and disabilities,but also is truly interested in them as a person. He demonstrates professionalism in his practice while also maintaining a fun,positive, and productive enviroment. I have been treated by other physical therapy clinics and worked/volunteered in many around the Monroe/West Monroe area, I feel that River West presents the most encouraging therapy available while producing positive patient recovery. more

I will have to disagree with many of these reviews. I have been treated by many of the therapy clinics in the area, and I feel that RWPT was one of the best clinics I have been in. The therapist is very passionate about his patients and very knowledgeable about his field. He not only treated me with respect but I noticed the same interaction with the other patients there. He has a very positive attitude and is a good CHRISTIAN man. It took a lot less time for me to start feeling better while I was under his care than the other clinics in the area. He was able to explain the activities he needed me to do in a way that I could understand. He not only is a therapist but a teacher as well; he teaches you the knowledge needed to maintain your progress. I would recommend this place to everyone I know mainly because of the positive attitude everyone seemed to have while there. I loved that he was playing Christian music on the radio. more

I totally disagree with the previous reviewers. Though I?ve only been under his care for a few weeks, I?ve seen nothing of the ridiculous prior mentions. This therapist has been thorough and professional each visit. My wait time is minimal and the staff is friendly. My recovery has been helped tremendously by the therapy I?ve received at River West. I definitely recommend this clinic. more

I have been to this clinic and I really agree with these reviews. This guy is a not nice at all and he acts like he is god. He tries to get his patients to go see his wife who is a pscoligist. She might be nice but this is wrong to me and we don't all need it. He even tries to be like her and give advice. I would not recommend him to anybody and he treats his secretary like a dog. i did not like that either. She should leave there. Pros: office staff Cons: long waiting more

I agree with the last review. This guy is young and plays around too much. If he don't like you then he won't take care of you. He walks his favorite people out. I DO NOT recommend going to this clinic unless you plan to sty 2-3 hours. Most of what he has you do you can do at home. Just a waste of my money. I do not recommend this Physical Therapist due to his manner. He was always such a great guy; but the last few times I have gone for therapy have been upsetting to me. I do not enjoy it anymore and if he didn't play around so much we could get out and home at a more decent hour. Pros: office staff always considerate and friendly Cons: parking is bad more
