Rite-Loom Flooring

I selected flooring from Rite-Loom Flooring and counter-tops for my kitchen. I also picked the back splash material beforehand, and they did the installation. What was bothersome to me about the installation process was they changed the way the back splash was laid-out without my consultation. It was difficult for me, but I had to ask them to take it down, since I didn't like how it was done. I wish they could have taken the time to talk to me and we could have found a solution together. My other concern came when trying to finish the job; they had to come back to my house a couple of times to fix small things that needed to be finished. This was a bit tiresome for me; we rescheduled a couple of times, and I really just wanted to be done. I know the reason for those minor repairs was having many contractors in at the same time. And, while some had to cover up some of the things being repaired it would become unnoticeable, thus they had to come back to do those adjustments. I think it should have been a complete job, and I should not have to be left on a limbo. The installation workers were skilled; but I am also very picky about customer service. I like the whole job to be done right while them being there for the client in an expeditious manner leaving them with a positive experience. I was very happy with the material, but just the installation process was a bit challenging for me. more

I have been a customer of Rite-loom Flooring for about ten years now. Recently, I purchased a new carpet for a very large family room from them. The experience was great. I ordered it. They brought it on time. The installation went well and they followed up after it was finished to make sure everything turned out well. I would highly recommend them. more

Rite-Loom Flooring installed carpeting throughout the house and it turned out very well! I dreaded having to get carpet put in, but it went smoothly and they made it easier. They moved my furniture for me, and then put it all back! Their customer service was great, and they just do a great job. I hired Rite-Loom Flooring to install carpeting. The manager Karen was very helpful and patient. Amanda also helped me, she was sweet, professional, cordial and helpful. She was always on top of everything and gave me all of the information that I needed. She reminded me of my niece! When I first went to Rite-Loom flooring I couldn't decide what type of carpet I wanted. They showed me what they had in the showroom and explained the products and helped me make my decision. Rite Loom installed new carpet in my den. They did an amazing job...they even helped me pick out the best carpet. I wanted something with a pattern that wouldn't collect dust. The installers showed up on time which is also amazing cuz that never happens. I love going to their showroom. Nicest showroom I've ever been to. I might even move in. The staff is real friendly and they know what they are talking about. Plus they do way more then just flooring. I would recommend them to anyone. more

If I didn't believe that Rite-Loom Flooring were 5 out of 5 stars, I would have found someone else who was. They do the flooring for 3 different locations of my restaurants, and the people working for them are just excellent. The installers are intelligent and really know what they're doing. The employees of Rite-Loom Flooring have helped us on several projects. They most recently redid carpeting in the hall and main lobby of our Riverside property. About a year ago, Rite-Loom Flooring did the whole downstairs with wood floors. They also finished the baseboards down there. This last time, they finished carpeting upstairs and did more baseboards for all of that. Everything was as expected. They delivered on all of their promises. more

I worked with Karen at Rite-Loom Flooring. They did a backsplash installation for me. It was actually my second backsplash. My first was with a different vendor, and the experience was horrible! It was absolutely awful. A contractor from work recommended Karen and Rite-Loom to me. She completely understood the situation and helped me pick out the absolutely perfect product, just by listening and looking at some pictures. I found the material and design that I wanted. Michael came to my house that very day to measure because I was only available then. We had a very good experience with Rite-Loom Flooring. We purchased carpeting through them, and they installed it in a studio in our home. The selection was good; they had what we were looking for. Before the installation, the sales representative came out to my home to put together a bid for me. He also told me exactly what to expect. The installers delivered on everything that was promised. It was a small job that took a day to complete. Most of the work had to do with moving around all of the furniture in the studio. We haven't had any problems since. There were no disappointments. Rite-Loom Flooring will give you what you want and tell you all you need to know. There won't be any surprises, and that's all you can really ask for from a company. more
