Thank you for your amazing service, promptness and professionalism in the sales process and shipping of my daughter’s prom dress. I unfortunately don’t find this kind of wonderful service too often. I especially am impressed with your business attentiveness to customer service because you were closing for the day when I called, and I do realize this is a very busy time for a prom dress company. So, I thought it should be pointed out that your sales person, who took my order over the phone, was especially kind and professional. She even put me on hold to go get the dress in her hands before she processed my credit card. This small gesture made me feel even more comfortable in placing my order over the phone. The dress is amazing, fits perfectly, and will make my daughter feel like a princess on this very special occasion. I can’t thank you enough for doing a great job in training your employees. I wish your company much success. I will be sure to call you as my other two daughters will need prom & homecoming dresses in the near future
