Rinkov, a lifelong Buckeye who grew up in Columbus and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University in 1973. Dr. Rinkov fueled the company's growth by carrying out his philosophy that each patient be treated as he would like to be treated.In response to his patients' requests, Dr. Rinkov opened his second office within one year of founding Rinkov Eyecare on Gay Street in downtown Columbus.
