The installers did a fine job on our system, however they forgot to turn the gas switch on after testing the unit . Justin showed up promptly and let us know what he had found . That it was a slight oversight and everything looks good . He opened our doors up and turned the heat on to help get rid of the new smell . He was very polite and always had his shoe covers on . From start to finish, they were very respectful to us and our home . more

We recently had to replace our furnace and worked with Jeff H. to get the best deal possible. Jeff did a magnificent job of explaining why Right Now Heating and Air had the best and most inexpensive deal for us. Justin k made a difference 9/3/2015

I'll be honest , I've had some issues with problems on my equipment since Ive had it installed about 5 years ago . Numerous techs have come out to address them . Every single person that's come out has been great . It's been a little while since m last issue was resolved by justin , but I wanted to give it some time running before I gave a review . Justin was open and receptive and thought outside the box to find a solution . I'm glad to say it's been a lot better since. Thank you sincerely right now ! more

Justin came through with his promise , stood by everything he said , got my new valve put in the ac and got it cooling better than ever . I'm gonna call back in the spring to see about getting my furnace and coils changed next. thank you, Nicolas more

AC problems 9/1/2015

Justin was professional, he discussed the problem ,looked things over and explained to me the problem and options to fix the problem. He was friendly and nice, which makes a big difference when dealing with companies. I will call right now again just from the way Justin treated us. more

Prompt and Professional 8/29/2015

I couldn't believe the response for both the phone and the technician. They indicated he would be here at 11:30 and he was here at 11:30, Dax diagnosed the problem within seconds and delivered the necessary repair. He was friendly, professional and provided customer services which we don't see much of anymore. Highly recommend Right now Heating and Air Conditioning and certainly recommend DAX! Thank you what a relief. more

Right now heating is a class act 8/16/2015

Just wanted to say that justin was awesome. My ac went out , he found a part that was bad. He did not end up selling me the part because he said that my ac still wouldn't work right with it . He put it in to show me how it worked and what was not working still . He used Ice and water to cool my compressor down with no change . At this point he said I need a new a/c and before he would have a salesman come back out, he said lets let it sit overnight and we will try again in the morning just to verify what he told me . First thing next morning there was no change . He had a salesman come out and they had it changed out the same day . Thanks justin and right now for your excellent service more

Great Service 8/13/2015

Came home from a trip to find my AC out. Right Now Heating & AC was at our house within 2 hours on a Sunday evening. The service tech, Jeff, was great. He was very respectful and did more than I expected. To top it off the bill was less than other quotes I received. To sum it up: They were quick, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Couldn't be happier with my experience. Thanks again Jeff. more

Right now and justin k saved us from a hot day! 8/6/2015

Right now had installed our system in early July , about a month later it was not cooling, we had a tech out right away to fix it. Unfortunately the next day it wasn't working again , but promptly they were at my home again . Justin k went through the system and got to the bottom of the problem . He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns without issue . These guys stand by their products , through the good and bad. I highly recommend them !!! more

Great Service! 7/27/2015

Hector V. of Right Now Heating & Air Conditioning provided excellent service while inspecting my air conditioning unit, heating unit and flushing of my hot water heater. Hector performed an AC precision tune-up and 19-point inspection and a complete furnace precision tune-up. I was pleased that he wore booties into my house. I am in the process of selling my house and inspections were asked to be performed as part of the sale. I appreciate Hector's attention to detail during the whole process. I will recommend Right Now Heating & Air Conditioning to friends and family requiring heating & air conditioning services. more

Outstanding Service 7/24/2015

Used a 2 service Groupon on a new house to us, HVAC system is 11 years old. Our Tech, Manny D. did a excellent job of explaining the current condition and things to watch for in the future. Our Hot water heater is rusted from the bottom, (something the Home inspector should have caught) No high pressure to get it fixed "RightNow" He did have a salesman give us a quote. which was very fair. Very knowledgeable, on time and I will be calling them to replace the hot water heater in the near future. more
