Our spring broke, so we had it replaced along with new rollers and cables. However the old door began popping after these repairs. Ronnie came by the same day we called him and said we needed a new door and he gave us a full credit for the prior work toward the new door. David installed the new door the next day. He was very friendly even as I watched him work to learn how the pros install doors. He was nice to return two days later, on short notice, to install the weather stripping after I painted the trim around the new door. My garage door spring broke Friday around 11am. By 2pm the door was fixed. They could have put me off until Monday but was able squeeze me in. Fast but thorough going above and beyond fixing more then the broken spring. Highly recommend. more

The previous owners of our house did some spotty DIY. One day the garage door stopped working. It turns out the previous owners, besides placing the laser eyes on the ceiling, didn't put any springs in when they installed the garage door. Steven showed up the day after I called him, exactly on time. He installed springs, added a support bar that straightened out a dent in the garage door, and greased everything up. All of this took about half an hour. Afterwards, he charged me exactly what he estimated, gave me some advice about how to maintain the door, and offered to come back and place the laser eyes in the correct spot for free if we ever did the necessary remodeling. I've never had a repair person exceed my expectations so thoroughly. more
