This time around I just went for an oil change. I was treated professionally and everyone was friendly. I was about 15 mins late because I got lost. Called and was given good directions how to find them. I will return for more service and look forward to another good experience. more

Excellent service 9/18/2010

I expected to pay a lot more! I had a quote from another company regarding a brake job. Wanting a second opinion I called around and immediately got a great feeling talking to Rick (and later Anthony). They were extremely professional. The quote they gave me was less than the competitor, so I thought I would give them a try. I am so glad I did! They determined I only needed the roters re-surfaced, my brake pads looked good and did not need replacing! This saved me HUNDREDS of dollars on un necessary work. They also were aware of a cracked belt that needed replacing (which I had been told was going to need replacing from my old repair place). Since I was ahead on the brakes I had them replace the belts for less than I was quoted from my regular service guy. They now have my business full time. My car is running great! awesome experience 9/16/2010

As a woman I am suspicious of mechanics in general. Some will make things up thinking you don't understand. However, Rick's was a different experience, a better one. The problems were explained in a reasonable fashion easy to understand. When I questioned the total, Anthony was happy to review and correct the billing error. I will recommend Rick's to anyone that asks. more

Super duper 9/11/2010

I have been to lots of different shops, and it's so nice to finaly find honest people who are willing to work with you to meet your needs, they new exactly what I needed and they knew that I was on a tight budget so they helped me choose the most important stuff that needed to be done, I own a 15 year old car that now drives like it just came of the lot thnx guy more

According to Rick I should have known about this and he had assumed I chose not to have it done yet. more

We have recently transitioned from the dealership. Rick & Anthony are very patient & thorough in explaining the work & the reason necessary. We were tired of paying dealer prices for major jobs on an older car! more

The grating noise was fixed! 7/20/2010

I went in because my car was making funny grating noises, even though I had just taken it to the Honda dealership for a tune up a couple months before. It turns out that my brake pads all needed to be replaced. Everyone listened to my concerns and fixed my car-no noises and in one day. I really felt that the mechanics I dealt with were knowledgeable and professional. more

Summer Special 7/18/2010

Needed to get my car looked at before a big road trip. Made an appointment for early the following day which was awesome! Facility is always clean and inviting. Staff seems knowledgable, friendly, and organized. They took a little longer than they anticipated for the work, which is fine, and I didn't get a call when my car was done..... But it was a busy day so I can understand. Highly recommend! more
