Rick's Drive In & Out Burgers get a lot of mileage out of its status as an Uptown landmark. Character and community cohesion are its long suits. Unfortunately, its menu leaves much to be desired. From their invariably undercooked and undersized burgers to the 40-weight American breakfasts, you'd be better off eating. . . practically anywhere else. NOT good. For famine victims only. more
