I came into your dealership militant and with the assumption that ALL car dealers are crooks. Your staff proved me wrong. Tony was exceptional! I felt as though he was concerned about my needs and I could trust him. I went back to my place of employment bragging on the professionalism and first class customer service I received from Tony, Patrick and Steven. It was a great shopping experience and I will see you again on my next car buying extravaganza. Job well done Tony! We were there the first day in the new building and so the computers were not functioning properly therefore everything took much longer. Since Mike the salesman was so nice, we just waited out the process. I'm sure it was just a one day problem shaking down the computers in the new building. We love the Sonata and recommend Rick Case Hyundai as a great place to purchase one. more

When I came in I was impressed with the friendly atmosphere of your dealership feeling no pressure......seems like everyone just wanted to help rather than just sell me a car.......I have been in other dealership's where it's seemed like the salesmen were running over each other to sell a car.....the young man (Chris) answered the phone He gave me the information I asked for. I asked if he wanted me to ask for him ....he said we have other salesman here I could ask for but I didn't have to....( I liked his attitude as I know they probably work on commission so I did ask for him and I'm sure glad I did as I liked his easy approach, we ended up buying a car for my neighbor and 2 new car's for myself. I felt like I got an excellent price.. There's an old saying if something's not broke don't fix it ...I had a very good experience. more

Tony King was amazing, as was the finance department and the entire staff! We did not feel pressured or intimidated. We have purchased many cars and have never had this pleasant of an experience. There was always an air of discomfort and stress. In fact, I have walked out of dealerships because of condescending remarks or disregard. Not so in this case. The staff was wonderful, I happened to purchase my Tucson on the same day you moved into your new facility, the only thing I would suggest is having all of your electronics up and running at 100% the next time you move into a new facility. Frankie Martinez was our salesman and I had confidence we were going to get a deal done from my first conversation with him, which led us to visiting the dealership that day. He made the experience as easy as buying a car has ever been and treated us like VIPs. In fact, that day we bought an Elantra and also leased a Sonata. Frankie was very informative in showing us different models and explaining why we would want a particular car instead of a different one, for example, the Bluetooth capability, leather seats, bigger wheels, etc. The experience could not have been better. more
